Step into a North Pole village filled with Christmas fun, with the return of Santa's Grotto!

22 November-24 December* | ticket price £17

Experience the magic of Santa's Grotto as you journey through the village. Little ones can enjoy a range of festive activities before meeting Santa and receiving a special gift to remember their visit.

Event highlights

  • Children can make a wish in our enchanted wishing well before entering through the magic door to the North Pole village. 
  • They’ll take part in various activities in our Grotto ‘shops’, ending at our Penguin Post Office.
  • Each family can enjoy dedicated time with Santa to share their Christmas wishes and all children with a ticket will receive a special collectable penguin soft toy in a presentation bag to take home as a memento and gift from Santa. 
  • There’ll be photo opportunities available throughout the experience, as well as the chance to take a professional, printed photo with Santa with reduced rates at the time of booking.

Professional printed photography is available, allowing the whole family to be part of the memory.

Pre-book your photo package to save 20%, with photo books and festive keepsake frames also available. 

Attendance Instructions

  • The time of your booking is the time to arrive at the Grotto – there are a series of interactive elements to enjoy before meeting Santa. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your booking, entrance will not be possible before your allotted time.
  • All children will get the same gift from Santa – this is a collectable penguin soft toy, which links with the North Pole village experience.  
  • Children should be accompanied by a maximum of 2 adults due to space restrictions in and around the grotto.  
  • Children must remain under the care and supervision of an adult for the duration of the event.  
  • Not all stores offer an experience on all dates. Please select your local store below to see their availability.   
  • Please be aware that Santa's Grotto may be located outside, so please dress accordingly.
