Competition terms and conditions:
Introduction
By registering for the Late Night Shopping Event on 9 October 2025 (“the Event”), you:
- agree to these terms and conditions; and
- will automatically be entered into a competition to win up to £1,000 worth of Christmas products (“the Competition”).
Dobbies Garden Centres Limited (“Dobbies”) is responsible for organising and administering both the Event and the Competition.
Eligibility
The Event is free and open to everyone. To secure your attendance, adults aged 18 years or over must register here [insert link]. Children are welcome to attend with accompanying adults and do not need to register.
Adults will automatically receive one free entry to the Competition upon registering for the Event. Entries are limited to one per person. Automatically receive one free entry to the Competition upon registering for the Event. Entries are limited to one per person.
Employees and contractors of Dobbies’ , their immediate family members and any individuals professionally connected to the Competition (including suppliers and promotional partners) can attend the Event, but will be excluded from winning the main prize in the Competition.
The Prize
All Competition entrants will receive:
- one electronic £5 off £25 voucher
- one electronic £10 off £50 voucher
These vouchers are valid in-store only on Thursday 9 October 2025.
One entrant will also win the main prize, consisting of up to £1,000 worth of store product, selected from our festive ranges.
The vouchers and main prize cannot be transferred or exchanged, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
Dobbies’ decisions on the prizes and any aspect of the Competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about those decisions.
Redeeming your Prize
Vouchers
All entrants will receive their vouchers via email on Tuesday 7 October 2025.
Vouchers:
- must be used in store on Thursday 9 October 2025. They will not be valid on any other date
- must be presented at the till at point of purchase
- can only be used once and only one voucher can be used per transaction
- are valid for transactions totalling £25/£50 after any discounts have been added
- may not be valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers or promotions.
- are not valid when purchasing gift cards, Dobbies Club Plus membership, services, Calor gas or in concessions
- are not redeemable online or in Dobbies' Restaurants
- cannot be used in conjunction with team member discount.
Main Prize
The main prize winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided on Tuesday 14 October 2025.Dobbies will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit the prize, and Dobbies reserves the right to select a new winner.
The main prize winner has 60 days to attend their local store and redeem their prize. The date and time of store attendance will be arranged by mutual agreement via email.
Data Protection and Publicity
Personal information provided when registering for the Event (including your name and email address) will be used by Dobbies for the purposes of administering the Event and the Competition in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Participants may request details of the main prize winner by emailing customer.service@dobbies.com.
The winner's first name and county of residence may be published on Dobbies’ website and social media channels and shared with other participants. Limitation of Liability
Dobbies accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the Competition or being selected for a prize.

Dobbies reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the Event or the Competition or amend these terms and conditions.
