Treat your little ones with a visit to Santa's Grotto and receive a toy from Santa himself.

Santa's Grotto is one of our most exciting festive experiences at Dobbies. Bring your little ones along to explore the magical setting, be welcomed by Santa himself and receive a special gift.

Your child will be given an age appropriate gift from on one the following brands: 

  • Lego
  • Playmobil
  • Bigjigs
  • WOW Toys
  • Ravens Burger
  • Baker Taylor
  • GALT

Terms and Conditions: 

  • Gifts are only suitable for the age as stated due to small parts. Please select a toy that is appropriate for your child’s age.
  • Please be aware that there will be multiple children booked within each 15-minute slot - the timings simply allow us to manage the queue for you.
  • Advance booking is recommended as key dates sell out quickly so book now to avoid disappointment.
  • Where a session is shown as 'Sold Out' – we're sorry, there are no more tickets available for that time.
  • Please select your preferred time and date from the times available below.

Attendance Instructions

  • Make your way to the Grotto and quote your booking reference either printed or electronically to a team member at the grotto.
  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of your event.
  • Children should be accompanied by a maximum of 2 adults due to space restrictions in and around the Grotto.
  • Children must remain under the care and supervision of an adult for the duration of the event.
  • Should you wish any additional assistance, please speak to a colleague in-store.
  • Feel free to take photos in and around the grotto, however in some of our stores there may be a professional photographer* available to capture that special moment. (*Payable locally - availability of this service will vary by store)
  • Grottos are unavailable at Altrincham, Bury St Edmunds, Cadnam, Derby, Galton, Keston, Leicester, Pennine, Stratford upon Avon, Swindon, Thornbury and York.
