Festive lunch (1050kcal) - Hand-carved butter-basted turkey served with thyme-roasted potatoes, pig in blanket, pork apricot and cranberry stuffing, red cabbage, sprouts and maple roasted carrots and parsnips. Finished with cranberry sauce and red wine gravy
Plant-based Festive lunch (1043kcal) VG- Root vegetable wellington, thyme-roasted potatoes, red cabbage, sprouts, maple roasted carrots and parsnips. Finished with cranberry sauce and a rich onion gravy

Traditional Christmas pudding served with custard (592kcal) or brandy sauce (610kcal) V
Gingerbread cheesecake (540kcal) V- Baked vanilla cheesecake topped with crushed gingerbread biscuit, drizzled with caramelised biscuit sauce, and finished with a gingerbread man
Chocolate orange brownie (341kcal) VG – A chocolate and orange flavour brownie with a dark chocolate topping, finished with candied orange peel. Please note this option is not available in Antrim or Lisburn
