We offer a fantastic opportunity to explore exotic worlds, right here in Edinburgh. Step into our world of butterflies, reptiles, bugs and beasties! There is a Jungle Gift Shop, picnic and play area and plenty of free parking for cars and coaches.
Following updated guidance from the Government, we have made some changes and introduced strict social distancing measures.
For the safety of our team and customers we ask that:
- If you have a temperature or feel unwell, please do not enter the attraction or shop area
- You ensure you have a mask to wear
- You keep a safe distance from others at all times, following social distance guidelines
- You wash hands regularly
We are limiting the number of customers in at one time and for that reason your ticket will allow you 90 minutes from initial entry time booked to visit freely.
At this time animal handling sessions, group bookings, phobia sessions and birthday parties are not available.
To guarantee your admittance to the attraction, please pre purchase your ticket(s) online:

- Season/Corporate/Carer FREE
Current Season Pass holders and Corporate Pass holders should select the Season/Corporate/Carer Ticket option however we do ask that you ensure you have your Season Pass or Corporate Pass with you to show upon admittance or entrance may be denied.
New Season Passes and renewals can be purchased during your visit – please purchase standard ticket(s) to book the day and time for your visit and we can ‘upgrade’ you to a Season Pass by taking the payment difference on the day of your visit.
Discount vouchers are not being accepted at this time.
