We’re open currently Monday-Saturday from 10am-5pm (last admission 4pm) and Sunday from 10.30am-4pm (last admission 2pm).
Following updated guidance from the Government, we have made some changes and introduced strict social distancing measures.
For the safety of our team and customers we ask that:
- If you have a temperature or feel unwell, please do not enter the attraction or shop area
- You ensure you have a mask to wear within the cafe area
- You keep a safe distance from others at all times, following social distance guidelines
- You wash hands regularly
We are limiting the number of customers entering at one time and for that reason your ticket will show an entrance time:
- 10am - entrance between 10am and 12.30pm
- 12.30pm - entrance between 12.30pm and 4pm (2pm on Sundays)
At this time animal handling sessions, group bookings, use of the soft play and birthday parties are not available.
Admittance to the attraction will only be allowed with a pre purchased online ticket:

- Explorer Child (3-15 years) £4.35
- Explorer Concession £3.50
- Explorer Family (2 adults, 2 kids) £17.50
